Description
Also known as the "Tartufo Uncinato", it has characteristics that are very similar to the aestivum truffle of which it represents the winter expression. The aroma is more intense than the summer species as well as its flavor is much more marked, this is due to the fact that in the autumn-winter period truffles suffer from less dehydration. Its ripening period goes from late summer to late winter.
