"Caciocavallo" Cheese Truffle
Semi-mature caciocavallo with truffle, handcrafted according to the oldest local traditional recipe. Made with milk from cows fed on free-range mountain pastures. The addition of truffles to the caciocavallo paste makes the cheese even tastier. Excellent as an appetizer, to savour dishes and to fill sandwiches.
